Shipping
- Orders are fulfilled within 1-2 business days after the receipt of your order.
- We currently only ship within the USA. Delivery timeframe is 3-7 business days depending on location.
- If you are an international customer, please contact us at help@lesovs.com and we will make arrangements.
Returns
- Our policy lasts 30 days - any unused items may be returned for a refund to the original payment method.
- Once we receive your refund, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be issued and processed.
- If 30 days have passed since your date of delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
- Items must be returned in unused and unworn condition as well as in their original packaging.
- Holiday Returns - Any unused items purchased between 11/20/2025 -12/25/2025 may be returned for a full refund by January 30th. All returns must meet our Return Policy conditions.
- If you are not completely satisfied with our products for any reason, please utilize our Return Form which can also be found in the footer of our website.
